View September 10, All the things that you would hope for from a Sigur Ros release are here--surging strings, beautiful and otherworldly vocals, and that magic that seems to make each of their records a special event. The feelings that wash over me when I hear Sigur Ros play, when I hear Jonsi's voice, are almost indescribable. There will most likely not be a soundtrack. It works beautifully as a standalone album, and would only be enchanced by a future release of every scrap of music from that incredible movie.

We Bought A Zoo – Complete Soundtrack

This sound track was enya-ish much to our surprise. Jonsi uses different and unusual types of instruments so it is fun and fresh. I listen to this soundtrack several times a day recently. Amazon's Choice recommends highly rated, well-priced products available to ship immediately.

View January bougght, Perhaps even more potent is the fact that the closing scene of We Bought A Zoo is jonxi cinematic homage to a specific moment in 'Heima' when gleeful crowds osst in a Sigur Ros show in the far North of Iceland or, in this case, the newly opened zoo. The movie was chock full of great songs, and Jonzi's additions were beautiful additions; they enhanced the movie because of their incongruity you would expect a movie about a dad buying a zoo to have straight rock, or even Americana or folk.
